Michael Canepa
Founder, Redline Insurance Agency
Redline started with a lifelong passion for cars, but today we protect much more than what’s in the garage.
I’m Michael Canepa, founder of Redline Insurance Agency. I’ve spent my life building, restoring, buying and enjoying cars, so I understand that insurance isn’t just about replacing something on paper. It’s about protecting the things you’ve worked hard to own.
That same philosophy extends to your home.
Redline specializes in personal auto and homeowners insurance for California families, from everyday vehicles and multi-car households to luxury, modified, classic and collector cars. We also help homeowners navigate California’s increasingly complicated insurance market, including high-value homes, new purchases, wildfire-exposed properties and homes that are difficult to place with traditional carriers.
Because we’re independent, we’re not tied to one insurance company. We can compare multiple carriers and build coverage around the household instead of trying to force every client into the same policy.
For car enthusiasts, that can mean properly insuring a modified build, an appreciating classic or a collector vehicle with agreed value coverage.
For homeowners, it can mean coordinating coverage around an escrow deadline, finding solutions in higher fire-risk areas, or simply making sure the home, autos, valuables and umbrella coverage all work together.
And when something doesn’t make sense, I’ll tell you.
Redline is based in North Hollywood and serves clients throughout California. We’re bilingual in English and Spanish, and when you call or text, you’re dealing directly with someone who knows your account.
Your home. Your cars. The things you’ve built. Protected properly.

Collette Canepa
Operations & Client Support
Collette is a pilot. Has been for years. She's also the operational backbone of Redline Insurance Agency, and those two things aren't a coincidence.
In aviation, preparation is what separates a routine flight from a disaster. Checklists matter. Cross-references matter. Small oversights at 10,000 feet become big problems on the ground. That same discipline is what she brings to every certificate, every endorsement, every policy file, and every compliance requirement at Redline.
Behind every fast quote and every clean certificate, there's structure. Collette is the structure.
